New Forests Project contributors are vital to the success of our projects. Our generous contributors take an active role in helping us and are making a real difference in the lives of thousands of world citizens. By making a donation to the New Forests Project you will be helping:

For the Clean Water Initiative:

• Provide clean water to more than 200,000 people in Central America
• Provide water disinfecting devices and products to 500 impoverished communities in Honduras and El Salvador
• Support a water & sanitation network in Central America and the Caribbean

For the World Seed Program:

• Send out an estimated 2,000,000 seeds a year to developing countries
• Provide irrigation technology to improve rural farmers' agricultural production
• Provide small grants to selected reforestation and agroforestry project in Africa and Latin America
• Provide technical information to small scale reforestation groups on how to start a nursery project and how to protect watersheds
• Protect remaining native, temperate and tropical forests

Since we are primarily donor funded, we rely on your contributions and support for our project to be a success! Your contribution will make you a part of the New Forests team and help us in our efforts to combat deforestation and improve water quality around the world.
